Returns (If applicable)

E-bikes

Returns of new and unused e-bikes within 30 days of receipt. Return an e-bike that is not defective or damaged, you must contact SDREAM within thirty (30) days of your receipt of the e-bike. The e-bike must have less than ten (10) miles on the odometer, be free of any wear and tear, dirt, dust, fragrance, or any other signs of use and must be in the same packaging and condition that you receive it and must include all items that were inside the box (charger, keys, hardware, etc.). You must receive prior authorization and a prepaid return shipping label from SDREAM. Any warranty issues must be resolved prior to processing a return. Returns are not allowed after thirty (30) days of the delivery date.

Accessory and Replacement Parts

Any purchase of accessories or receipt of a replacement part under the Limited Warranty shall be eligible for return within thirty (30) days of receipt. Any returned accessory or replacement part must be unused, free of any wear and tear, dirt, dust, fragrance, or any other signs of use and must be sealed and unopened in the same packaging and condition in which you received it.

Refunds (if applicable)

  • Any item returned with an order that used a discount code will have the entire discount code value subtracted from the refund value, whether you return one e-bike or multiple e-bikes.
  • Refunds will be made within 3 business days after the e-bike is received and inspected.
  • The product to be sent back to SDREAM must not have man-made damage, or any other signs of use, otherwise, we will charge a depreciation fee (10% - 25% of the purchase price) according to the degree of damage.
  • Refunds will be made in the same manner the original purchase was made.

In order to undertake a valid return, you must obtain written approval for such a return from SDREAM. Please contact us at support@sdream.bike with proof of purchase, photos of the item(s) you are about to return. Any Products sent back to SDREAM by you without the written consent of SDREAM shall be rejected and returned to you at your cost.

Return Freight

  • In case of defective and damaged products, please contact us to confirm that it is the problem of the ebike itself. We will bear the freight of the return.  
  • In case of non-quality returns, the customer bears the freight of the return.
  • In case of the customer send any products back to SDREAM without the written consent of SDREAM, the customer bears the freight of the return.

Notes

Used goods, batteries, special orders, sale items, gift cards and gift orders will not be accepted, except in extreme cases of breakage/malfunction covered under our warranty.
